Trademark & Copyright Usage Guidelines

A guide to help you understand the rules for using Rises Solutions’ trademarks and copyrighted works.

Rises Solutions’ trademarks and copyrighted works are among our most valuable assets. These include, but are not limited to, word marks, brand names, logos, designs, badges, certification marks, slogans, taglines, website content, and videos owned by Rises Solutions, Inc. and its affiliates. These guidelines are intended for partners, resellers, customers, developers, consultants, publishers, and any other third party wishing to use or display our intellectual property. Any use of Rises Solutions’ trademarks or copyrighted works must comply with these guidelines, as well as any additional terms specified in written agreements or licenses.

Prohibited Uses

Without explicit written authorization from Rises Solutions, the following uses of our trademarks and copyrighted works are strictly prohibited:

  1. Company, Product, or Service Names
    You may not incorporate Rises Solutions’ trademarks, copyrighted works, or any recognizable portion thereof, into your company name, product name, service name, website or domain name, social media handle, taglines, or any other source-identifying materials.

  2. Use of Copyrighted Content
    You may not use or display any of Rises Solutions’ content, including images, text, audio, video, or other media formats, for any purpose, including but not limited to blog posts, videos, or non-fungible tokens (NFTs).

  3. Advertising, Marketing, and Promotional Materials
    You may not purchase Rises Solutions’ trademarks as ad words or keywords on search engines, social media platforms, or other online venues. Additionally, you may not use our trademarks or copyrighted materials in advertising, marketing, or promotional materials without prior written consent.

  4. Typestyles & Fonts
    You may not use typestyles or fonts that resemble Rises Solutions’ trademarks or copyrighted works. Similarly, you may not use logos, designs, or stylizations that incorporate or mimic Rises Solutions’ design elements.

  5. Alteration or Modification of Marks
    You may not alter or modify any of Rises Solutions’ trademarks in any way.

  6. Screenshots of Non-Software Products
    You may not use or display screenshots of content from Rises Solutions’ websites, blogs, or other non-software offerings.

  7. AI Data Models
    You may not use or scrape Rises Solutions’ trademarks, content, or data for the creation or training of AI models, including machine learning models, generative models, deep learning models, or artificial neural networks.

  8. Disparaging Uses
    You may not use Rises Solutions’ trademarks or copyrighted works in a manner that is defamatory, libelous, obscene, unlawful, or otherwise disparaging, or in any way that could dilute, tarnish, or conflict with Rises Solutions’ rights.

  9. Confusingly Similar Marks & Translations
    You may not use any trademark or service mark that is likely to be confused with Rises Solutions’ trademarks. This includes using abbreviations or translations of our trademarks in company names, product names, or other source-identifying materials.

Authorized Uses

Before using any of Rises Solutions’ trademarks or copyrighted works, you must carefully review these guidelines. By using or displaying our intellectual property, you agree to the following:

  1. Ownership
    Rises Solutions is the sole owner of its trademarks and copyrighted works. Any goodwill derived from your use of our intellectual property inures to the benefit of Rises Solutions.

  2. Non-Transferable Rights
    The rights granted under these guidelines are non-transferable.

  3. Modification or Revocation
    Rises Solutions reserves the right to modify or revoke any permissions granted under these guidelines at any time.

  4. No Warranties
    Rises Solutions makes no warranties regarding the use of its trademarks or copyrighted works.

  5. Limitation of Liability
    Rises Solutions will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of its intellectual property, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential.

Referring to Rises Solutions in Text

You may use Rises Solutions’ word marks in plain text to accurately reference our company, products, or services, provided that:

  1. The trademark is not part of your offering’s name or branding.

  2. The trademark is less prominent than your offering’s name.

  3. Referential language is used (e.g., “compatible with,” “built on,” or “integrates with”).

  4. Your use does not create a false impression of endorsement or affiliation with Rises Solutions.

  5. A trademark attribution notice is included (e.g., “[Trademark] is a trademark of Rises Solutions, Inc.”).

Product Integration & Compatibility Diagrams

If your product or solution is interoperable with Rises Solutions’ products, you may use our logos in diagrams or flowcharts to illustrate compatibility, provided that:

  1. Rises Solutions’ trademarks are not the most prominent element in the diagram.

  2. Your use does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or false association with Rises Solutions.

Screenshots of Software

Screenshots of Rises Solutions’ software may be used for educational or demonstration purposes, provided that:

  1. Screenshots are not altered except for resizing or redacting sensitive information.

  2. Screenshots do not contain third-party content or personally identifiable information without permission.

  3. The context clearly indicates that the software belongs to Rises Solutions.

Links

You may link to Rises Solutions’ content, provided that the links are not commercialized.

Written Agreement with Rises Solutions

If you have a written agreement with Rises Solutions (e.g., as a partner, reseller, or developer), you may use our trademarks and copyrighted works as specified in your agreement. Any additional uses require prior written consent.

Usage Guidelines

If authorized to use Rises Solutions’ trademarks or copyrighted works, you must:

  1. Use Trademarks as Adjectives
    Always use our trademarks as adjectives followed by a generic noun (e.g., “Rises Solutions software”).

  2. Proper Spelling and Stylization
    Use our trademarks in their correct spelling and format (e.g., “Rises Solutions” not “Rise Solution”).

  3. Include Attribution
    Include the following attribution statement:
    “[Trademark] is a trademark of Rises Solutions, Inc.”
    “[Copyrighted Work] is a copyright of Rises Solutions, Inc.”
